At Sonani Jewels, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 15-day return policy with a 100% refund on your mode of payment (Credit/Debit or net banking) for eligible items.
Please note that we strive to process refunds within 31 business days, ensuring every customer receives their refund in a timely and efficient manner.

To schedule, contact our customer care team or send us an email. Please note that customized products are exempt from our return policy.
Your refund will be processed within 15 days after our Quality Assurance Department accepts your return. The refund amount will be the invoiced amount after any discount or coupon code has been applied.
For UPI and Wallet payment options, the refund amount will be transferred through the same mode of payment used during the purchase. The final decision on the acceptability of the return will rest with our Quality Assurance Department.
Once your product clears our Quality Assurance process, you will receive an email confirming the same. If we find any defects during our quality check, we reserve the right to charge the customer.
Please note that these features are not applicable to international orders, due to logistics and customs considerations.
Additionally, please be informed that if the tag is removed from the product, we do not accept returns.
