At Sonani, we are excited to introduce our new Gift Card system, both for online purchases on our website and for in-store purchases. Our Gift Cards make the perfect gift for any occasion, allowing recipients to choose their favourite jewellery pieces from our exquisite collection of lab-grown diamonds and intricate designs. Below, you will find the policy and terms and conditions for our Gift Card program.

Gift Card Purchase Policy:

  • Gift Cards can be purchased online through our website or in-store at our physical location.
  • The minimum value for a Gift Card is Rs. 3000, and the maximum value is Rs. 47,000.
  • Gift Cards are available in electronic format for online purchases and physical cards for in-store purchases.
  • The Gift card will be activated within 48 hours after purchase.
  • Gift Card(s) can also be partially redeemed, as often as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed

Redeeming Gift Cards:

  • Gift Cards can be redeemed for any product available on our website or in-store.
  • Gift Cards can be used for full or partial payment of a purchase.
  • If the value of the purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using other accepted payment methods.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time. Gift Cards are valid for purchases made on our website or in-store.
  • On the Cart page, click the link that says "I have a voucher code/gift card." Then, enter your Gift Card number and PIN to redeem it.

Expiration and Validity:

Balance and Expiration:

  • Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time. Gift Cards are valid for purchases made on our website or in-store.
  • Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time. But, after 6 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fees of INR 100 will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches Zero, except were prohibited by law.
  • The Gift card if not used within 1 year it will be blocked and the recipient will have to go through the KYC Process to activate it again.
  • Gift Card(s) can also be partially redeemed, as often as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or is invalid.

Balance and Expiration:

  • The cardholder s responsible for the safekeeping of the gift card. SONANI is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards can be replaced if proof of purchase is provided, subject to verification and approval. A replacement fee of INR 1000 will apply.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
  • Items purchased with a gift card are subject to SONANI’s standard return policy. Refunds for returned items will be credited back to the original gift card.

Fraud and Abuse:

  • SONANI reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card transaction if fraud or abuse is suspected.
  • Fraudulent activity related to the purchase or use of gift cards may result in legal action.
  • Sonani is not liable for unauthorized use of the gift card. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure the card is kept secure and used only by authorized individuals.
  • Cardholders are encouraged to treat gift cards like cash. In the event of the theft, report the loss immediately to the Customer Service.

Gift Card Usage:

  • Sonani may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Sonani gift card.
  • Any Gift Card(s) you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only.
  • Gift cards may be shared with family and friends.
  • Gift cards may not be advertised, sold, or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without Sonani's prior written consent.

Changes to Policy:

  • SONANI reserves the right to change or update this Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  • In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Sonani Gift Card(s) and their use on our website are also subject to Sonani's general Terms of Use. Sonani's decision will be final in case of any dispute.

Jurisdiction:

  • All disputes concerning the products and services offered in this connection are subject to SURAT jurisdiction only.
